Why You Need to Hire a VA Before Wedding Season

Let me tell you why you need to hire a VA before wedding season. These pictures are about to be all of us wedding pros every Saturday for the next several months. Happy to be serving our clients and working hard to produce the weddings our clients dream of. But behind the scenes your business might need some work. Blogging? No shot during busy season. Social media? Forget it… except maybe a story from a Saturday wedding. Client experience (as much as we hate to admit it) may suffer a bit.

The other parts of your business don’t have to suffer when you’re busy, but one person can’t do it all! Trust me I’ve tried. Here are three reasons why you need to hire a VA before wedding season!

1. One person can’t do it all

We all try, but let’s be honest, it’s not feasible for one person to do all of the things a business needs at once! During wedding season, client work has to take precedence. As the business owner the client needs you first, but there are lots of other areas that you can delegate!

2. Your social media can stay current and routine

It is possible to keep up the same social media routine throughout the year. Unfortunately, we’re all at the mercy of the Instagram algorithm and the algorithm likes regular posts and stories, not to mention reels. In order to keep your Instagram effective (and bringing in new business which is the goal), keeping a routine is necessary. That could be one post a week or it could be five posts a week. Everyone’s will look different, but consistency is key.

3. Keep your blogs up to date

What if you didn’t have a giant backload of blogs come the end of 2022? If that feels like a ridiculous concept, it doesn’t have to! Blogs can be a huge time suck, but they’re so important for SEO and to drive traffic to your business. Just like social media, having a VA working on your blogs behind the scenes can keep your blogging current.
