Last week I shared about my 2023 wedding planning recap, so this week I’m sharing my 2023 virtual assistant recap. If you didn’t already know, in my work I do both wedding planning and virtual assistance work for other wedding pros. I love the combination of work and it keeps me in the industry I love while keeping some weekends free!

In 2023 I served nine clients in eight states with all kinds of tasks from social media, blog writing, newsletters, CRM assistance and set up, and back end business support. I am so lucky to serve my clients whether it’s over years or just for a season. I pride myself in being an experienced professional on both sides of my work and providing services that fit the needs of each particular client. My clients are all small business owners like me so I understand that there aren’t infinite funds or time for projects. Creating custom packages while sticking with areas in which I’m most experienced helps me serve my clients in a unique way.

Here are some services I offered in 2023:

Social Media

I do a variety of social media tasks from created posts, reels, and even stories. Like all of my work, I see what a client needs and then we plan from there!

Blog Writing

I love writing blogs and while it’s something people often don’t have time for, it’s incredibly important. This is a great thing to outsource to a virtual assistant and saves you a ton of time and usually provides a good ROI.

Newsletter Creation

Newsletters are another fun service I offer! Many clients do monthly newsletters, but sometimes we work on newsletter funnels or other types of newsletters depending on their business needs.

CRM Assistance

CRM or (Customer Relationship Management) is a big area for many of my clients. Helping with the back end of their business allows them to be more client facing and dedicate more time to their clients on the front end. But keeping the back end operational is just as important, making it a good task for a VA. I most often work in Dubsado and Aisle Planner, but have also done projects with many other CRMs like HoneyBook.

Aisle Planner Set Up

This is a service that I have been offering more frequently. Sometimes people need help keeping their CRM running, but other times they need help just getting it set up and started! Aisle Planner Set Up has been the most common, but I’ve also set up some things in Dubsado for clients as well. Being experienced in these platforms helps me quickly get my clients up and running so they can better serve their clients.
