Recently invested in Aisle Planner for your wedding business, but aren’t sure where to start? As a virtual assistant for wedding pros and a wedding planner myself, I have used Aisle Planner for years. I am an experienced user and after helping many clients with their own Aisle Planner set up and use, I’ve gathered tips on utilizing Aisle Planner in your wedding business.
New CRMs and tools can be extremely overwhelming. You’ve taken the plunge and made an investment, but now what? The resources are plentiful, but sometimes you just need help getting started. If you’re worried about spending weeks (or worse, months) trying to learn every single thing just to get started know that you don’t have to do it all. If there is ever a time to outsource, getting your systems (especially the ones you’ve already paid for) set up is the perfect opportunity.
Utilizing Aisle Planner in Your Wedding Business
Leads
Getting your leads set up and integrated with your website is key! This will automate your leads and help you easily keep track of the lead and its status. No more searching for emails or missing a reply.
Quotes, Contracts, Invoices
Creating templates for your quotes, contracts, and invoices makes the back end of your business a breeze. Having most of this automated and only making small edits if needed for each client will streamline this process. No more taking hours to send over documents!
Contacts, Layouts, Notes
I combine these three a bit because the way to set them up is fairly similar. They each have their own process, but ultimately it’s some time for data entry and some time to create templates. In the case of layouts, it’s also critical to set the scale of the layout!
Checklists and Timelines
These two are a bigger part. Aisle Planner has templates already set up for checklists and timeline which is a wonderful feature. However, I have found that most people want to customize these things quite a bit (especially their timeline)! The checklist and timeline can be ready to go which is great to dive in, but having a truly customized experience for your client takes some further set up.
Even with these tips, you may still need some one-on-one help. Are you ready to make the the most of your investment and start utilizing Aisle Planner in your wedding business? Contact me today and let’s chat!
